Secretary General (Grade - 22) — Full-Time, Islamabad (Humanitarian Organization)

Leading humanitarian organization in Pakistan invites applications for the position of Secretary General (Grade - 22). This is a full-time, fixed-term senior leadership role based in Islamabad.

Key qualifications & experience

- Master's degree in a relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized university/institute.

- 15–20 years of progressively responsible professional experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive/leadership position.

- Proven experience in organizational leadership, financial management, audits, donor compliance, governance, and humanitarian/disaster response.

- Experience with national or international humanitarian organizations or comparable institutions is a strong preference.

- Strong leadership, strategic planning, governance, financial, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Selection & other conditions

- Selection will be transparent, competitive and merit-based. Shortlisting and assessment will be undertaken against clearly defined criteria; shortlisted candidates will be assessed by a designated Selection Panel/Committee.

- Appointment will be on a non-extendable fixed-term contract of up to three (3) years, subject to the maximum age limit of 62 years.

- No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
