REDAMCO Tender: Exclusive Selling Rights for Tetra Pack Milk & Yogurt and Tea/Tea Bags/Coffee on Pakistan Railway Network

Issuer: Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways (State Owned Enterprise). REDAMCO invites sealed tenders from firms/vendors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR for exclusive selling rights on the Pakistan Railway Network.

Submission requirements: Sealed bids for each product must include a Technical Bid and Financial Bid. Bids must be submitted with the specified Bid Security and a Bank Draft/Pay Order/CDR in favor of Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Limited as indicated in the bidding documents. Bidding will follow the Competitive Bidding (Single Stage - Single Envelope) procedure under the Public Procurement Rules 2004 (amended).

Deadlines and opening: Bids must be submitted by 02:30 PM on 2026-09-15. Bids will be opened on 2026-09-15 at 03:00 PM in the presence of bidders/authorized representatives.

Other notes: REDAMCO reserves the right to reject all bids at any time prior to acceptance without incurring any liability as per PPRA Rules 2004. The procuring agency will not consider any bid that does not comply with terms and conditions. The accepted amount will be subject to a 10% annual increase as specified in the bidding documents.
