How to obtain and submit bids: Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions can be obtained from the REDAMCO office during working hours or downloaded from www.redamco.com. Sealed bids for each product (each bid marked at the top right corner) must contain separate sealed Technical and Financial bids. Bids must be submitted to the office of the undersigned accompanied by a Bank Draft / Pay Order / CDR in favor of Railway Estate Development and Marketing Company (Pvt) Limited as the bid processing fee.
Key dates and procedure: Submission deadline is 2026-09-15 by 02:30 PM. Bids will be opened on 2026-09-15 at 03:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bidding will follow Competitive Bidding (Single Stage — Single Envelope) as per Public Procurement Rules 2004 (amended to date). REDAMCO reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rules.
Eligibility & conditions: Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and listed on FBR ATL. Incomplete or conditional bids, and bids submitted without the specified bid security, will be rejected. Bidders must quote their best and final prices (exclusive of all applicable taxes); no negotiations will be entertained after submission. Accepted amounts will be subject to the stated annual increase.
