Tender: Supply of Printing/Press Items for AJK BISE Mirpur

Issuer: Secretary, Azad Jammu & Kashmir Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (AJK BISE), Mirpur.

Purpose: Procurement of printing/press consumables and rollers for use by AJK BISE Mirpur. Sealed bids are invited through a single-stage, single-envelope procedure from registered firms/dealers/resellers/authorized partners in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2017 and as per tender documents for single procurement.

Submission Deadline and Opening: Sealed bids must be delivered before 11:00 AM on 2026-09-03. Bids will be opened at 12:30 PM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

Tender fee and payment method: A non-refundable tender document fee of Rs. 2,000 per set payable via AJK BISE online challan, HBL invoice (other bank mobile apps), JazzCash or EasyPaisa, HBL Mobile App / HBL Konnect in favor of Secretary, AJK BISE.

Bid security: A bid security of Rs. 1,000,000 (One Million) in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) only, in the name of the Secretary Board, is required. The scheduled bank draft/ CD must be valid for 120 days from the date of opening of tender.

Key eligibility and conditions:

• No tender documents will be issued after the date of opening.
• Blacklisted firms are not allowed to apply or participate.
• Prices must be inclusive of all taxes.
• Bid securities other than CDR will be rejected.
• Firms/printers must be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR; taxes/cesses will be charged as per AJK rules at time of payment.
• Bids not fulfilling PPRA rules will be rejected.
