Gomal University Tender Notices for Supplies & Works — Deadline 2026-09-15

Gomal University, Dera Ismail Khan invites sealed bids under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure as per KP-PPRA Rules 2014 from eligible bidders with Income/Sales Tax reflected on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR.

Key submission and participation instructions are below. Bidders must register on the EPADS portal and upload scanned bids by the deadline. Original bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of Director Finance, Gomal University, D.I. Khan must be submitted physically.

How to obtain documents: Bid solicitation documents can be downloaded from the EPADS portal (http:/pk.eprocure.gov.pk) after publication until the last date of submission. The advertisement may also be downloaded from www.kppra.gov.pk. Interested bidders must register with EPADS to obtain a unique username and password.

Meeting/Opening: The meeting shall be convened on 2026-09-15 at the New Senate Hall, Main Campus, Gomal University, D.I. Khan. Bids will be opened on the date and time specified on the EPADS system in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Submission rules: Bids must be submitted online through EPADS only. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bids submitted by hand, post, courier, e-mail or fax will not be accepted. The bidder shall upload all relevant/mandatory documents along with bid security on EPADS and submit the original CDR physically in favour of Director Finance, Gomal University, D.I. Khan.

Other conditions: Validity of bids shall be as per EPADS and KP.PRA procurement rules. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with prevailing procurement rules.
