The Federal Employees Benevolent & Insurance Fund (FEB&GIF) invites sealed bids for the procurement of computer/IT and other equipment for FY 2026-27. Procurements will be financed from the proceeds of the Fund. Single-Stage One-Envelope method will be used in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations.
Bidding documents, specifications and requirements are available on the e-Procurement and Disposal System (EPADS). Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids electronically through EPADS v2.0 by the stated deadline. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as specified in the bidding document. Demand Draft or physical bid security requirements are described in the Bidding Document.
