Pakistan Railways ePADS Invitation to Bid — Multiple Purchase Tenders (Lahore HQ)

Pakistan Railways, Chief Controller of Purchase, Headquarters Office, Lahore invites bids through the ePADS v2.0 portal for multiple procurement packages. Eligible original manufacturers, authorised distributors, suppliers and contractors with NTN and Sales Tax registration and a registered office on the Federal Board of Revenue taxpayers list may participate. Bidding will follow Public Procurement Rules and Single Stage One/Two Envelopes procedure. Bidding documents are available on ePADS; bids must be submitted electronically via ePADS v2.0 by the specified closing times. Bids must be accompanied by the required bid security or a bid-securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents.

Submission & document details: Bidding documents and instructions are available on the ePADS portal. Payment for bidding documents (where applicable) and bid securities (Pay Order, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or bid-securing declaration) must follow the instructions in the bidding documents.
