RDA Rawalpindi Tender for Janitorial/Cleaning Services — Rs13.300M

Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) invites sealed bids from Income Tax/GST-registered firms for the provision of janitorial/cleaning services. The estimated cost is Rs13.300 million and a 2% bid security (Rs0.266 million) is required. Bidding will follow the Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

Submit sealed bids by 28 July 2026 until 09:30 AM to the office of RDA Rawalpindi; bids will be opened the same day at 10:00 AM. An electronic copy must also be uploaded to the Punjab e-procurement portal (https://cp.punjab.gov.pk). Bid security should be a Bank Guarantee, CDR, Demand Draft or Pay Order in favor of Rawalpindi Development Authority Rawalpindi.
