  • Pass a special resolution to change the company name from "Asian Securities Limited" to "Asian Investments Limited" subject to SECP approval under Section 12 of the Companies Act, 2017, and complete all formalities.
  • Adopt the standardized Memorandum and Articles of Association published by the SECP with incorporation of the name change and change in the principal line of business.
  • Amendments to the Memorandum & Articles to reflect the revised principal objects allowing activities such as acquiring, holding, managing, buying, selling, underwriting, dealing in shares, securities, bonds, debentures, mutual funds; portfolio and asset management; providing loans, guarantees and related investment/financial services.
  • Authorize the Chief Executive Officer and/or Company Secretary to take all actions, sign documents and complete regulatory formalities required to give effect to the above resolutions.
Other Any other business with the permission of the Chairman.
