Record / Book Closure
The Certificate Transfer Books of the Fund will remain closed from 2026-08-28 to 2026-09-04 (both days inclusive).

How to Participate / Voting
Shareholders may attend the EOGM in person or via video conference. Shareholders who wish to attend through video conference must send their Name, Folio / CDC Participant details and a valid copy of CNIC (both sides) to the Fund at [email protected] at least 48 hours before the meeting. Proxy forms and required documents must reach the Fund’s registered office at A/33, Central Commercial Area, Block 7/8, Main Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi at least 48 hours before the meeting. Corporate members should provide board resolutions/powers of attorney and copy of mandated signatures as required.
