Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS), National Headquarters Islamabad, invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputed, qualified and experienced consultancy firms or individual consultants to conduct studies to strengthen PRCS resource mobilization, financial sustainability, stakeholder engagement and institutional positioning.
Scope and key components (three studies):

Duration: The combined assignment is expected to be completed within approximately 10 weeks from the date of contract commencement.
Submission & procurement details:
- Obtain EOI/Tender documents: Submit a written request on official letterhead to the PRCS office address below or request documents by email to [email protected]. Documents are also available from Brightspyre and the PRCS website (www.prcs.org.pk).
- Proposal format: Submit sealed Technical and Financial proposals as instructed in the tender documents.
- Deadline for submission: 2026-09-07 by 15:00 (local time). Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 15:30 in the presence of interested firms or authorized representatives. Late submissions will not be accepted.
