MEPCO (EDEIP) Invitation for Bids — Rehabilitation of 46 Nos. 11kV Feeders (Lot-wise)

MEPCO invites sealed bids (One-Envelope Bidding Process, without prequalification) from eligible bidders for Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Civil Works for rehabilitation of 46 Nos. 11kV feeders, divided into the following lots. Procurement is through National Competitive Bidding in accordance with the World Bank Procurement Regulations (November 2020).

How to obtain bidding documents: Documents may be downloaded free in English from MEPCO website (www.mepco.com.pk). Bidders who download documents must inform MEPCO in writing or by email to [email protected] to receive any amendments/clarifications. Hard copies are available from the PMU office on payment of PKR 2,000 (plus courier, if required).

Submission & opening: Bids must be delivered to the address below by or before 11:00 AM on 2026-09-24. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. Electronic bidding is not permitted.

Additional requirements: All bids must be accompanied by the specified Bid Security and a Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) and/or Sexual Harassment (SH) Declaration. Attention is drawn to World Bank Procurement Regulations requiring disclosure of the successful bidder's beneficial ownership using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form included in the bidding document.
