• The property will be auctioned on an "as is, where is" basis in the Court.
• The person declared highest bidder must deposit 25% of the bid amount by pay order in favour of the Court; cheque or cash for this 25% will not be accepted.
• The balance of the bid amount shall be paid by the successful bidder/purchaser before the Court closes. The amount deposited on the date of auction will be forfeited if the bidder fails to pay the balance within the stipulated period.
• All government taxes and dues are payable by the auction purchaser.
• The sale is subject to confirmation by the Court. The Court reserves the right to cancel the auction or not to accept any bid, even if it is highest.
