GEPCO Disposal Notice — Sale of Scrap Material via e-Bids (Gujranwala)

Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites e-bids through E-PADS (version 2.0) for disposal of assorted electrical and general scrap on an “as-is, where-is” basis. Interested parties may inspect material at the Regional Store, GEPCO, 132 kV Grid Station, Shaheenabad, Gujranwala during working hours. Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PADS portal and earnest money as specified for each lot must be deposited in the form of Bank Guarantee/Pay Order/CDR in favour of Manager (MM), GEPCO Head Quarter, Gujranwala.

Major categories of scrap offered include: iron/steel structures and sheets, wooden scrap, ACSR scrap (with PG & clamps), nuts/off-size fasteners, empty steel drums, tyres, tubes, used/battery cells, plastic scrap (plastic reels), transformer/panel/TP scrap, damaged mobile phones, aluminium cable scrap, empty transformer bodies (various kVA ratings), aluminium scrap with clamps & nuts, meter scrap with covers, and copper scrap.

• Bid submission: Through E-PADS portal only; earnest money/financial instruments to be delivered to Manager (MM), GEPCO HQ Gujranwala as specified.
• Opening: Bids will be opened on the date fixed; earnest money must reach the office on or before the closing time.
• Payment & collection: Successful bidders must pay the full sale proceeds and remove material within the period/terms specified by GEPCO; applicable taxes, duties and other charges will apply.
• GEPCO reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids and to award different lots separately; sale is on an “as-is, where-is” basis.
