HBL TFC3 / ADT-1 TFC2 — Transfer Book Closure and IBAN Update Notice

Issuer: Central Depository Company (CDC).

Purpose: Notice to holders of ADT-1 TFC2 (2022) and HBL TFC3 regarding closure of transfer books and related record/entitlement procedures. Investors and participants are instructed to ensure their account and banking details are up to date in the CDS to receive any payments or distributions.

Key instructions:

• Transfer books for the referenced TFC issues will be closed as announced by the issuer. Holders who wish to transfer or update holdings should lodge transfer requests with their broker/CDC participant before the book closure.
• Security holders must ensure their correct IBAN is uploaded and recorded in the CDS to facilitate receipt of payments. The notice highlights that payments will be processed only against IBANs available in CDS records.
• CDS participants and brokers should process transfer and IBAN update requests in time to reflect in CDS before the book-close.
