SEPCO Invitation for E-Bids: Supply, Installation & Commissioning of 17,999 APMS for Distribution Transformers

Issuer: Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) – Chief Engineer (Development), PMU SEPCO, Sukkur. SEPCO invites E-Bids (E-PADS V2.0, National Competitive Bidding) for procurement, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Asset Performance Management System (APMS) for pole-mounted distribution transformers as per PPMC specification DS-01:2026 on a turnkey basis.

APMS applicability (capacity-wise): 25 kVA, 50 kVA, 100 kVA and 200 kVA distribution transformers.

Eligibility & submission notes: Eligible national and international bidders/firms/JVs may participate through E-PADS V2.0 under NCB (single stage one envelope). Foreign bidders may participate only in joint ventures with Pakistani contractors who are registered with Income & Sales Tax Departments, listed as Active Taxpayers by FBR and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Bidders must be registered on E-PADS V2.0; bids submitted other than via E-PADS will be rejected.
