An oil & gas field service company invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) and sealed bids from experienced and reputable contractors for the provision of catering and allied services at onshore/land drilling rigs throughout Pakistan. Reference: Enquiry/Proc/2026/001.

| Eligibility Criteria & Required Documents | |

| • | Sales Tax valid registration and NTN |
| • | Provisional Food Authority NOC for provision of catering services (specifically for Oil & Gas Field Services sector) |
| • | Minimum five (05) years of relevant experience providing these services at onshore rig sites |
| • | Proven track record of safety, hygiene, and quality service delivery |
| • | Financial and technical capability to execute the contract |
| • | Undertaking that the business is not blacklisted by any public/private sector company or clients in Pakistan |
| • | Last three years' audited financial statements |
| • | Bankers' certificate showing credit worthiness |

The EOI must be submitted by email not later than five (05) days of publishing this invitation. Bidders are encouraged to seek clarifications, if any, by contacting the same email before the deadline. A qualified bidder will be invited for the issuance of the Invitation to Bid (ITB).
