Invitation to Bid — Walk-in Registration for Limited Purchase (LPQ/LPPD) for Medicines, Surgical Disposables & Laboratory Items — Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi

Medical Superintendent, Holy Family Hospital, Rawalpindi invites vendors for walk-in registration for Limited Purchase (through Quotation) and Local Purchase on Day-to-Day (LPPD/LPDD) for medicines, surgical disposables and laboratory items. Registration will be processed by document submission and interview on the date given below.

Key instructions and requirements:

• Documents and registration package may be obtained from the Purchase Office and are also available on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website.
• All documents must be attested and submitted at the time of interview.
• Performance guarantee: Rs. 35,000 (refundable) in the name of Medical Superintendent, Holy Family Hospital, Rawalpindi — mandatory; no documents will be accepted without it. The guarantee will be returned upon satisfactory performance at the end of the registration period.
• Vendors must submit company profile and complete registration documents. A nominated representative with CNIC and contact number must be provided.
• Documents must be submitted to the Purchase Office, Holy Family Hospital, Rawalpindi on or before 2026-09-19 at 11:30 AM. Interviews will be held on the same day at 12:30 PM.
• If the walk-in date is a public holiday or changed for any reason, the next official working day will be treated as the registration date; time and venue will remain the same.
• Responses and timelines will be governed by the Punjab procurement website publication rules.
