DUHS Tender: UPS, IT Systems and Laboratory Equipment for Sindh Infectious Diseases Research Center (Karachi)

Issuer: Dow University of Health Sciences (DUHS), Karachi. Notice inviting electronic tenders for supply of goods and ancillary services for the Emerging Infectious Diseases Research Center / Sindh Infectious Diseases Control Hospital & Research Centre under DUHS, Karachi. Bidding is through the e-procurement system (EPADS). Bidders must be registered and appear on the List of Active Taxpayers of FBR for income tax and GST (SST) where applicable. Bidding documents contain detailed terms under Rule 40(1) of SPP Rules 2010 (Amended).

Key submission requirements:

- Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS only; manual bids will not be accepted.

- Tender fee: Rs. 2,000/- (non-refundable).

- Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost (as indicated).

- Original instrument of the tender fee and bid security must reach the procuring agency at: Sindh Infectious Disease Hospital & Research Center, Administration Block, Meeting Hall, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Near NIPA Chowrangi, Karachi, before the e-bid submission deadline. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 Hrs.

Submission deadline: 2021-09-16. Bids submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. If a public holiday or other unfavorable circumstance is announced, submission and opening will occur on the next working day. The purchaser reserves the right to reject any or all bids under the relevant provisions of SPP Rules 2010 (Amended).
