Head Procurement invites sealed tenders (Tender Nos. 66-69/2026) from reputed manufacturers and stockists registered with the Sales Tax Department on F.O.C., Islamabad basis. All tenders will be received and opened on 15-09-2026. Key submission & eligibility details
1. Tender fee: Payable by bank draft/pay order in the name of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad. CASH payments will not be accepted.
2. Earnest money: 2% of total order value (inclusive of GST) must accompany the tender, payable in favour of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad.
3. Tender validity: 60 days from the date of opening. Late submissions or bids with cutting/overwriting will be rejected.
4. Original bank draft must reach the office ONE DAY before the opening date. Tender documents can be dispatched on request against bank draft.
5. Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders.
