Program Implementation Unit (PIU), Ministry of Energy (Power Division) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified individual consultants for the position of Procurement & Contract Specialist under the Electricity Distribution Efficiency Improvement Project (EDEIP) with financial assistance from the World Bank.

| Key Qualifications | Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Management Sciences, Engineering or related discipline from an HEC-recognized university or foreign institution; professional certifications or training in procurement/contract management preferred; proficiency in MS Office; English & Urdu (written & spoken). |
| Experience | Minimum ten (10) years of professional experience in procurement and contract management of goods, works or consulting services; experience with World Bank procurement regulations, public sector procurement rules, use of procurement software, audit and assurance procedures preferred; hands-on experience in procurement regulatory, audit and assurance procedures is required. |
