Project Implementation Unit (PIU) BWSIPP Component-B invites qualified candidates to apply for five specialist positions to support project implementation in Balochistan. | Financial Management Specialist | 1 | Qualified CA / ACCA (or Master’s in Commerce / Finance / MBA) | Relevant public/private sector financial management experience; knowledge of financial reporting standards (cash-basis IPSAS a plus); strong MS Office and accounting software skills; experience in Balochistan and article-ship in a CA firm is an advantage. |
| Environmental Specialist | 1 | Master's degree in Environmental Sciences / Natural Resource Management / Environmental Engineering / Chemical Engineering or related | Minimum 7 years' post-qualification experience in environmental assessment and safeguards, national & international environmental laws and standards, EIA/ESIA, monitoring and mitigation planning, preferably in infrastructure or development projects. |
| Social Development Specialist | 1 | Master's degree (16 years) in Sociology / Social Development / Community Development or related | Minimum 7 years' post-qualification experience in social assessment, community engagement, stakeholder consultation, grievance redress mechanisms (GRM), gender and social safeguards, resettlement and community mobilization. |
| WASH Specialist | 1 | Master's degree (16 years) in Civil / Environmental / Water Resources / Sanitary Engineering or related | Minimum 7 years' post-qualification experience in water supply, sanitation and urban WASH programs; experience in design, implementation, monitoring and performance improvement of WASH services and infrastructure. |
