NEPRA Hearing Notice — Petition to Modify Tariff Determination for Haveli Bahadur Shah (HBS) Power Project (NPPMCL) — Hearing on 2026-09-08

Issuer: National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA). Petitioner: National Power Park Management Company (Pvt.) Limited (NPPMCL). Subject: Petition for modification of the tariff determination dated 03 Feb 2025 for the Haveli Bahadur Shah (HBS) power project.

The Authority has admitted the petition and framed specific issues for hearing, including whether the bidding process complied with PPRA rules, whether the petitioner followed NEPRA-approved maximum cap, adjustments to the tariff, escalation and indexation claims, and any other issues the Authority considers relevant.

How to participate: Any interested person wishing to take part in the proceedings must file an intervention request within seven (07) days from the date of publication of this Notice. Intervention requests must state the name and address of the applicant, scope and nature of interest, specific issues on which the person seeks to be heard, the relief sought, and grounds of the claim. Submissions should be made in accordance with Rules 6 & 7 of the NEPRA Tariff Standards & Procedure Rules, 1998.

Other participation: Persons may file comments supporting or opposing the petition within seven (07) days of publication. The Authority may reject late submissions or limit their consideration if not timely filed.
