GIEDA Notice — Allottees Must Clear Outstanding Dues for Industrial/Commercial Plots (Gwadar)

Issuer: Gwadar Industrial Estates Development Authority (GIEDA).

Purpose: All industrial and commercial plot allottees with pending outstanding dues or installments are required to clear all outstanding amounts and make their files fully paid within fifteen (15) days from the date of issuance of this notice.

Penalty & consequences: A 5% penalty will be imposed on installments not deposited within prescribed due dates. Failure to clear outstanding dues within the stipulated period may result in cancellation of the allotment/file and re-allotment of the plot to another applicant in accordance with GIEDA rules and policy.

Action required: Clear outstanding dues plus applicable 5% penalty and ensure files are fully paid within fifteen (15) days from the notice issuance date.
