Banking Court No.7, Karachi, presided over by Dr. Hatim Aziz Solangi and seated at Block C-48, Pakistan Secretariat, Saddar, has issued a summons in Recovery of Debt case No.125/2006 under the Recovery of Debt Ordinance (XLVI of 2001), Section 9, claiming Rs. 27,809,200 as of 14 August 2005.
Defendants are directed to appear in court on 2006-07-13 at 8:30 AM. A written application for leave to defend must be filed containing a summary of legal issues, material facts and proposed evidence; failure to appear may lead to an ex parte decree and assessment of costs.
