Issuer: National Tariff Commission (NTC), Government of Pakistan. This notice announces the de novo final determination and imposition of definitive anti-dumping duties on imports of Polyester Filament Yarn - Drawn Textured Yarn (DTY) originating in and/or exported from the People’s Republic of China.
Product and classification: Polyester Filament Yarn - Drawn Textured Yarn (DTY); Pakistan Customs Tariff (PCT) codes 5402.3300 and 5402.6200.
Periods examined: Period of investigation for determination of dumping: 2023-01-01 to 2023-12-31. Period for injury analysis: 2021-01-01 to 2023-12-31.
Imposition and duration: Definitive anti-dumping duties have been imposed on the investigated imports. The definitive anti-dumping duties are effective from 2024-11-15 and shall continue until 2029-11-14.
