Office of the District Council Multan invites E-Bids from contractors/firms registered with PPRA and the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/codes for fiscal year 2026-27 for specified metalled road repair/rehabilitation and construction schemes. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System and download DNITs/BOQs through the eP portal. Manual bids are not acceptable.

• E-Bids submission deadline: 2026-09-07 at 02:00 PM (via Punjab E-Procurement System).
• E-Bids opening: 2026-09-07 at 02:30 PM.
• Performance/security requirements: Bid securities are specified per package (see table). Lowest bidder will provide performance guarantee/CDR from a scheduled bank as per rules. All procurement will follow PPRA rules and Punjab eP procedures.
