Tender: Purchase of Orthopaedic Implants 2026-27 – Allied-I Hospital, Faisalabad

Allied-I Hospital, Faisalabad (Medical Superintendent) invites e-bids under a single-stage two-envelope procedure (as per PPR-2014) from manufacturers, sole agents, or authorized agents of foreign/local principals registered on the e-Punjab procurement system and with relevant registration and tax authorities for the purchase of orthopaedic implants for fiscal year 2026-27.

Key submission and eligibility details:

- Bidding documents with specifications and terms & conditions are available after publication on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website and on the e-Punjab procurement portal.

- Eligible bidders must be registered on the e-Punjab procurement portal (https://epp.punjab.gov.pk) and follow PPRA/Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended).

- e-Bids shall be submitted online on or before 2026-09-08 (Tuesday) at 11:00 AM via the e-Punjab procurement portal. The e-bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.

- Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be furnished in original (Bank Draft/Bank Guarantee/Call Deposit Receipt/Demand Draft/Pay Order/Banker's Cheque) along with the technical proposal before the time of e-bid opening; a soft copy must also be uploaded to the e-Punjab portal.

- Bid validity: 180 days from the date of bid opening.

- The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable rules; it is not responsible for any loss or delay in submission due to technical or other reasons.
