Horticulture Agency, Lahore invites e-bids from well-reputed and financially sound firms/nurseries registered with relevant tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax and Professional Tax where applicable) for supply of plants under an annual Framework Contract for FY 2026-27. Procurement will be through the Punjab E-Procurement System (single-stage, two-envelope procedure). Bidders must follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and the bidding documents (TORs/terms & conditions).

How to apply / participate: Interested eligible bidders must submit e-bids through the Punjab E-Procurement Portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login). Responses will be calculated from the date/time of publication on the PPRA website. Ensure bids are uploaded well before the deadline.
Key conditions: Bids will be accepted only via Punjab E-Procurement System. Financial bids of only technically qualified firms will be opened. The competent authority may increase/decrease quantities by up to 15%. Successful bidders must comply with terms/conditions of bidding documents and supply items as directed at Horticulture Agency, Lahore site within the stipulated purchase order period.
