Horticulture Agency Lahore e-Tender for Supply of Plants (Framework Contract FY 2026-27)

Horticulture Agency, Lahore invites e-bids from reputable and financially sound firms, nurseries and vendors registered with relevant tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax and Professional Tax where applicable) for the procurement of plants on an annual framework contract basis for FY 2026-27. Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 on a Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure via the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP).

Key submission deadlines:

Bid submission deadline: 2026-09-28 at 11:00 AM (e-bids only).
Opening of technical bids: 2026-09-28 at 11:30 AM.

Additional information and conditions:

• Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) portal. Only e-bids will be accepted.
• Financial bids of only technically qualified firms will be opened as per PPRA rules.
• Successful bidder must comply with terms of the bidding documents (TORs/terms & conditions) and supply items to Horticulture Agency, Lahore at locations and within times directed in the purchase order.
• The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the required quantity by up to 15%.
• Procurement will be completed in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Lowest rates will be accepted through the Punjab e-Procurement System.
