Main responsibilities
| Process Assessment | Conduct comprehensive assessment of existing processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies and control weaknesses |

| ERP Design & Integration | Design and implement ERP model integrating sales, procurement, production, inventory management and financial/costing systems |
| Data & BI | Guide development of real-time dashboards and analytical tools to monitor cost trends, procurement efficiency and resource utilization |
| Continuous Optimization | Identify inefficiencies and process bottlenecks through data analysis and recommend corrective actions |
