Request for Bids — Preparation of Remaining Massive Maps (PULSE) | Board of Revenue, Punjab

Issuer: Project Management Unit – Board of Revenue (PULSE), Government of the Punjab. Project: Punjab Urban Land System Enhancement (PULSE), financed by the World Bank (Credit No.: 7041-PK). RFB No.: PK-BOR PUNJAB-562849-NC-RFB.

Purpose: Procurement of services for the Preparation of Remaining Massive Maps in all Divisions of Punjab under the PULSE Project. Bidding will follow national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) Single-Stage-One-Envelope as specified in the World Bank’s "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers" (November 2020). Eligible bidders from all divisions of Punjab under the PULSE Project may submit bids.

How to obtain bidding documents: Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Project Management Unit – Board of Revenue, Procurement Specialist ([email protected]) and inspect the bidding document during office hours (0900 to 1700). The bidding document in English may be downloaded free of cost from the PULSE website under the Procurement section (https://pulse.gop.pk).

Submission and opening: Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 11:00 A.M. on 2026-09-16. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of bidders’ designated representatives on 2026-09-16 immediately after bid submission.

Bid security: All bids must be accompanied by a bid security. The required bid security amounts for each lot are given below.
