A public sector organization invites sealed tenders from reputable firms/dealers registered with the Sales Tax Department (having own offices with telephone/fax numbers) for the supply of various items/materials on FOR Kundian basis. Tender documents are available from the procuring office on working days (Monday to Friday) between 09:00 and 13:00 except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays against the specified non-refundable fee. Payment must be made by Pay Order/demand draft in the name of PPA Accounts Officer (P.O. Box No. 1553, Islamabad). Call Deposit/Cash Deposit will not be accepted. Tenders will be received up to the time of opening (see schedule below) and will be opened the same day between 13:30 and 14:30 in the presence of bidders. The procuring authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Further details and the tender documents may also be available on the PPRA website.
How to obtain and submit: Purchase tender documents from the Head (Procurement) office during office hours. Submit sealed tenders by the specified opening date/time. Pay Order in favor of PPA Accounts Officer required. No cash deposits. For queries contact the procurement office (details below).
