Project: Invitation for e-tenders (EPADs) for construction/procurement under the project "Rehabilitation of Toi Banda Inspection Hut and Visitor Compound at Kohat Forest Division." Procurement method: Single Stage - Single Envelope in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014 (Financial).

Eligibility: Contractors/suppliers/firms registered on EPADs (https://kp.procure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration) with valid NTN/GST/KPRA registration and relevant PEC codes for construction (if applicable) are eligible. Bidders must upload their bids through EPADs by the stated deadline. Original 2% CDR (bid security) in the name of Divisional Forest Officer, Kohat Forest Division must be submitted in a sealed envelope separately for each package.

Additional key conditions: bids quoted on F.O.R basis; conditional, incomplete, late, or manual bids will not be entertained; cutting/overwriting/manipulation will lead to rejection; all applicable taxes and duties will be borne as per government rules; successful bidder must provide required security and comply with detailed terms in the bid document.
