KP Govt E-Bidding Notice — Youth Development & Sports Facilities (Jawan Markaz, Female Gymnasium, Horse-Riding Club)

Issuer: Directorate of Works & Implementation, Sports & Youth Affairs Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Notice inviting e-bids under Single Stage Two Envelopes (E-Bidding) for construction/establishment of youth and sports facilities under ADP 2025-2026.

How to apply / key requirements:

- Bids must be submitted online through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) e-bidding portal under the single stage two envelopes procedure.

- Bidders must have active registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the required category and relevant experience/specialization, and valid KPRA registration where applicable.

- Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost is required. Original Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) and other required documents must be provided as specified in bidding documents.

- Technical bids will be evaluated first; financial bids of technically responsive bidders will be opened later (date/time to be announced after technical evaluation).

- Tendering will follow rules and procedures of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA). Bids must remain valid for the period specified in the bidding documents.
