Tender for Hiring Private Security Staff — Central Power Generation Company Ltd (Genco-II), Guddu (Tender #T-1425)

Issuer: Central Power Generation Company Ltd (CPGCL), Genco-II (TPS Guddu). Chief Executive Officer is the issuing authority.

Purpose: Hiring of private security staff from a reputed security firm for security/safety of CPGCL Guddu for one year (365 days) for the 2026-2027 period.

Key requirements: Armed private security agencies registered with income tax and sales tax departments, with a credible track record and relevant experience. Participating firms must provide a profile of their experience with their bid.

Bid security: Fixed bid security PKR 500,000 (refundable) in the form of call deposit, bank draft, or bank guarantee drawn in favor of "Central Power Generation Company Ltd."

Procurement process: Single-stage, two-envelope bidding process under PPRA Rule 36(b). Interested participants will submit proposals on e-PADS. The Chief Executive Officer reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance under PPRA Rule 33(1).
