Invitation of Bids — Investment of Endowment Funds (Finance Department, Government of Balochistan)

The Investment Committee, Finance Department, Government of Balochistan invites sealed bids from banks/financial institutions holding a minimum credit rating of "AA" for placement of available funds of various Endowment Funds in banking products.

Eligible bidders: Banks/Financial Institutions with a minimum credit rating of "AA" at the time of placement as assigned by a credit rating agency and published by the State Bank of Pakistan.

Investment avenues (acceptable products): Market Treasury Bills, Pakistan Investment Bonds, Term Deposit Receipts, Fixed Deposits, and other profitable conventional or Shariah-compliant schemes offered by the institution.

Bid format: Provide Product Name, Product Details, Profit Rate (% p.a.), Tenure/Investment Period, and Profit Payment. Rates must be quoted on an annualised basis. Bids must be on the institution's official letterhead, signed and stamped by an authorised signatory.

Key terms: Late bids or submissions by telephone, fax or e-mail will not be entertained. Conditional, ambiguous or incomplete bids may be rejected. The Investment Committee may accept a bid in whole or in part and may place funds with more than one institution. The Committee reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to postpone/delay the investment without assigning any reason.
