National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) invites applications for the position of Processing Officer (OG-II / OG-I). Candidates with banking/financial industry experience, strong data management/MIS skills and good understanding of banking operations and regulatory requirements are encouraged to apply.

| Reporting To | Wing Head – Portfolio Management & SBP Coordination |
| Educational / Professional Qualification | Minimum graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college (HEC-recognized). Candidates with a Master’s degree and/or other relevant professional qualifications preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 3 years’ experience in banking and/or financial institutions, with at least 1 year in data management, MIS reporting and/or regulatory reporting/coordination. Experience in Branch Operations and SAM preferred. |
| Key Skills & Knowledge | Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong analytical skills; proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel); good understanding of banking operations, SBP regulations and banking laws; ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines; team player. |
| Main Duties | Process and handle back-office transactions; maintain and reconcile accounts; prepare and maintain MIS and reports; coordinate with branches and departments; ensure accurate documentation and compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements; respond to audits and implement corrective measures as required. |
| Assessment | Shortlisted candidates will undergo written test/interview/assessment as per bank policy. |
