Cabinet Secretariat, Establishment Division, Islamabad invites applications for the post of Deputy Legal Advisor (MP-II) on a contractual basis under MP Scale Policy 2020. The appointment is initially for three (03) years, further extendable for a maximum of two (02) years on annual basis subject to satisfactory performance.

| Qualification & Experience | Ph.D. in Law with 05 years professional experience/practice in the High Court/Supreme Court of Pakistan; OR Masters in Law with 07 years' experience/practice in the High Court/Supreme Court of Pakistan. Preferably with experience dealing with service matters of government/corporation employees. |

| Key Responsibilities | Assist the Legal Advisor in performance of duties; prepare legal documents and opinions; appear on different cases and represent the Establishment Division as departmental representative in various courts. |
