MES (PAF) Peshawar Notice of Tender for Provision of Facilities at PAF

Military Engineer Services (MES), CMES (PAF) Peshawar invites sealed tenders for provision of certain facilities at various PAF locations in accordance with PPRA Rule 13(1) of 2004. Tender notice date: 2026-09-18.

Key instructions and eligibility:

- Firms/contractors must submit applications for issuance of tender documents along with complete credentials as required. Applications will be scrutinized and tender documents issued only to firms with sufficient relevant experience.

- Firms/contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a valid copy of PEC registration; firms not registered with PEC are ineligible.

- Firms registered on the approved MES list in Categories A, B, C or D with relevant experience may apply.

- Tender submissions must be received by the accepting officer by 1130 hours on 2026-10-05; tenders will be opened at 1200 hours on the same date. Contractors may be present at opening.

- Tender documents and further information are available from CMES (PAF) Peshawar during working hours (0715–1335) on working days.

- The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per rules.
