Chitral Irrigation Division invites e-bids through the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa EPADS portal for 15 separate construction packages including flood-protection works, roads, bridges and check dams in District Chitral (Upper & Lower). Contractors must have valid enlistment with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Works Department, renewed KPRA registration and a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license for the current financial year (2026-27) in the relevant category and code as specified against each package.
Key submission requirements: bids must be uploaded via EPADS (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk). Required scanned documents in single PDF(s) include signed BOQ & rates, CNIC, valid PEC license with relevant codes, valid KPK works enlistment, active KPRA registration, active FBR status. Bid security: scanned CDR equal to 2% of estimated cost (plus stamp duty) in favour of XEN Irrigation Division Chitral; original CDR/guarantee and other documents to be provided if requested.
