PFSA invites sealed tenders on a single-stage two-envelope basis via the Punjab e-Procurement system from firms registered for sales tax, income tax and with Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) for supply of goods to the Forensic Science Laboratory, Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore.

Tender documents, detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available to registered bidders on the Punjab e-Procurement portal and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website. Registration on the e-Procurement system is mandatory to participate.
Submission deadline: Submit Technical and Financial proposals via E.Procurement on or before 2026-09-24 no later than 11:00 hours. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day via E.Procurement at 11:30 hours. Manual bids will not be accepted. If the last date is a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening.
PFSA reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
