Issuer: Punjab Building Department, Executive Engineer Buildings Division, Jhang. E-tenders are invited from registered engineering firms/contractors on the Punjab e-Procurement System for multiple construction and maintenance works in Jhang district. Participation requires registration on the Punjab PPRA portal and valid PEC license for the financial year 2026-27 where applicable.
Key instructions: Bids must be submitted digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted via the Punjab e-Procurement System (digital payment). Physical bid securities (CDR, pay order, demand draft, etc.) will not be accepted. The lowest evaluated bidder shall submit a Performance Guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount within 15 days of receipt of the letter of acceptance in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee valid for 3 months beyond the contract completion time. Bids will be opened online on 2026-09-23; contractors' authorized representatives may attend the e‑bid opening. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
