PurposeCall for Expression of Interest (EOI) to establish a framework consultancy contract for communication services including photography/videography, video production and graphic design to support GIZ Pakistan.
Scope / ServicesPhotography, videography, video production and graphic design services for GIZ projects across Pakistan (including ICT/Islamabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan and Gilgit-Baltistan).
Key Eligibility & Requirements
  • Firm must not be blacklisted or engaged in any ongoing litigation as an employer (declaration required).
  • Active NTN and Sales Tax registration (copies required).
  • Registered business in Pakistan (SECP certificate required).
  • Registered office address in Pakistan and registered/field office in each region of operation where applicable (e.g., ICT, Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan).
  • Presence in all provinces of Pakistan through either staff or field offices; provide details of experts and locations as part of the proposal.
  • Turnover in last three years: minimum PKR 17 million.
  • Experience of working with at least three international organizations.
  • Minimum five (5) years’ experience providing multi-media services to government or development sector organisations in Pakistan.
Submission Requirements
  • Submit a company profile with a table of contents and provide documents proving required qualifications and experience in separate sections within the profile.
  • Only relevant information should be included as annexures; submit a clearly indicated table of contents and page numbers.
  • EOI documents to be submitted in a sealed envelope with the reference: "10046214 - Expression of Interest (EOI) Framework consultancy for communication services (photography/videography, video production and graphic design)" on the envelope.
Submission Address & DeadlineSubmit sealed EOI documents by 2026-09-09 to: GIZ Pakistan, Level 02, Serena Business Complex, Khayaban-e-Suhrawardy, Sector G-5/1, Islamabad, Pakistan.
