Executive Engineer Building CW PP&H Department, District Duki invites electronic bids for the execution of works for Year 2026 under Composite Schedule Rates 2026 on Percentage Rates in accordance with the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014.

Tender fee: PKR 1,000. Bid security: 2% of bid value (in the form of bank guarantee / deposit at call from a scheduled bank, in the name of the undersigned).
Eligibility and requirements: presence on Active Taxpayer List; bidder must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan; Balochistan Revenue Authority registration required. The bidding firm must have completed 3 assignments of similar nature and demonstrate a turnover of at least PKR 36,400,000 in the three consecutive previous years.
