Tender: Repair & Renovation of Residential Flats at NIPA Complex, Quetta

Issuer: Executive Engineer (Building) Saddar, CWPP&H, Quetta. The office invites sealed bids for repair and renovation works of residential flats at NIPA Complex, Quetta under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules-2014.

Procurement procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope. Bidders must be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System (BPPRA) and appear on the Active Tax Payers List. Bidders must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency. Balochistan Revenue Authority registration is required.

Minimum eligibility and conditions (as stated):

• Presence in Active Tax Payers List.
• Not blacklisted by any procuring agency.
• Balochistan Revenue Authority registration required.
• Turnover of at least 19,708,383 PKR in two preceding years.
• Bidder must have completed 2 assignments of similar nature.
• Bidder must have completed at least 3 similar projects, each costing not less than 75% of the estimated cost, during the last 3 years.
• Affidavit confirming no conflict of interest, not blacklisted, no major litigation, no non-performance in last 5 years and no failure to sign contract.
• Bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call (2%) in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank.
• CDR and original deposit challan (Green Challan) must be submitted: original deposit challan and original CDR within one (01) hour of bid opening; failure to do so will result in disqualification.

Tender documents: Can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer (Building) Saddar on payment of 2,000 PKR during office hours until 2026-09-02.

Submission and opening: Tenders to be submitted by 2026-09-02 up to 12:00 PM. All tenders will be opened on the same day at 01:00 PM at the office of the undersigned.
