- Registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority is required.
- Must have completed 2 assignments of similar nature.
- Minimum turnover: PKR 34,826,913 in the two previous years.
- Submit a duly notarized affidavit on PKR 100 stamp paper confirming the truthfulness of bid information.
- Upload green challan of PKR 2,000 and submit CDR / bid security @ 3% of the estimated cost.
- Submit income tax return / statement for the last year.
