Punjab Healthcare Commission Tender for Security Services (Framework Contract)

Issuer: Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC). Procurement of security services under a framework contract for PHC Head Office (Lahore) and regional offices including Bahawalpur, D.G. Khan, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Multan, Rawalpindi and Sargodha, and any new offices established during the contract period.

Eligible bidders: Registered security service providers/companies licensed and registered with relevant registration and tax authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax or Punjab Sales Tax, etc.), and meeting requirements in the bidding document.

• Procurement method: Single Stage Two Envelope through Punjab e-Procurement System.
• Bid submission: Online only via the Punjab e-Procurement System; physical bids will not be accepted.
• Bid security: 2% of the estimated price to be submitted/attached as required in the bidding documents.
• Bid validity: 120 days.
• Availability of bidding documents: From 2016-09-06 to 2016-09-21, 09:00–17:00 hours (obtainable as stated by PHC/online).
