Issuer: Project Director, Livelihood Promotion Programme (LPP).
Purpose: Invitation to submit electronic bids for road construction and irrigation works for the Year 2026 under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014.
Key conditions: Earnest money 2% in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Deposit at Call payable to the undersigned. Bidders must be on the Active Tax Payer List, not blacklisted by any Pakistani procuring agency, and registered with Balochistan Revenue Authority. Pakistan Engineering Council registration in relevant category/specialized code is required. Procurement procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope. Bid security: 2% (as specified).
