Key Instructions & Terms
- Bid Solicitation Documents (BSDs) including bidding/contract data, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), eligibility criteria, technical & financial evaluation criteria are available for download via the ePADS portal.
- Last date and time for bid submission through ePADS: 2026-09-21 at 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
- Bidders must upload technical and financial bids via ePADS before the deadline. The content of uploaded documents must be readable; otherwise bids may be considered non-responsive.
- All bids must be accompanied by Bid Security equal to 2% of the bid cost in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of Executive Engineer, PHE Division D.I. Khan. Relevant stamp duty/estimated rates as required must be provided.
- Hard copy CDRs (where required) must be submitted to the office of the Executive Engineer PHE Division D.I. Khan as instructed; failure to submit required hard copies may render the bid non-responsive.
- Date/time for opening of financial bids will be announced after technical evaluation. Clarifications, if any, must be sought via the ePADS system. Other terms and conditions follow applicable provincial procurement rules and those published in the BSDs.
